Even if “stop” was substituted by “park”, it would mean something like “don’t ever park your bike”. So yes, a “here” in the end is needed.
The period at the end is hilarious! Or is it just me? xD I imagine someone saying “Do not stop it.“, and going away with a serious and cool face like in the movies!
But wait! “It”? Oh I get it! Because writing “bicycle, motorcycle, scooter, monocycle, tricycle” and so on is too long! “Let’s end it with an IT“! So Japanese… xD
